Crossing Out

This photo shows how clock gear wheels can be crossed out as a CNC milling exercise. To make life easy we have written a crossing out routine which will create a CompUCut control file after prompting you for number of teeth and the inner and outer limits.

The wheel cut here has 8 spokes.
